Descrizione del ruolo

  1. Assisterà il Project Manager nelle attività di ingegneria e nell'elaborazione di documenti tecnici per uno o più progetti, rispettando i termini e le specifiche contrattuali;
  2. Sarà coinvolto in tutte le attività riguardanti i progetti EPC, mettendo mano sulla fase di programmazione e fasi esecutive, tra cui HSE, ingegneria, progettazione di dettaglio, supervisione della costruzione, gestione contrattuale, ispezione e controllo qualità;
  3. Contribuirà e aiuterà il PM nella gestione dei costi del progetto, dovrà gestire i progetti nei tempi previsti, si interfaccerà con le autorità di regolamentazione, supervisionerà l'avvio del progetto e il contatto con il cliente;
  4. Coordinerà e gestirà le attività di ingegneria e dei documenti tecnici in ambito edile;
  5. Avrà la responsabilità di gestire le fasi di progetto, dall'inizio alla fine, garantendo la qualità e la conformità ai requisiti contrattuali;
  6. Utilizzerà programmi informatici per la gestione dei progetti e la creazione di documenti tecnici;
  7. Avrà una forte attitudine al problem solving e alla risoluzione dei conflitti;
  8. Avrà una conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese;
  9. Avrà una conoscenza pratica di MS Office, Autodesk Suite, Internet e Bim 360 o equivalente.

Requisiti

  1. Laurea in Ingegneria;
  2. Esperienza comprovata di almeno 5 anni in ruoli simili in progetti di opere edili, sviluppi e lavori pubblici;
  3. Esperto nella gestione delle attività di ingegneria e dei documenti tecnici in ambito edile;
  4. Aver conseguito con successo in prima persona il completamento di grandi Progetti edili, gestendo tutte le fasi dall'inizio alla fine;
  5. Conoscenza pratica di programmi informatici;
  6. Forte attitudine al problem solving;
  7. Conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese;
  8. Utilizzo esperto di MS Office, Autodesk Suite, Internet, Bim 360 o equivalente.
