Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume leadership of Process Engineering functions previously overseen by the Operations Director in the Production Unit.
  • Tackle the heightened workload and intricate project demands arising from the increasing necessity for automation and strategic expansion plans.
  • Supervise the allocation of responsibilities between the manufacturing facility and the Global Manufacturing Team (GMT), particularly concerning project leadership roles transitioning to the facility.
  • Manage the escalated workload requirements resulting from rising production volumes, necessitating continuous coverage across multiple shifts.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish effective maintenance strategies and address challenges introduced by advanced and complex machinery.
  • Prioritize and spearhead initiatives related to New Product Introductions and ongoing product lifecycle management.
  • Provide critical support for product innovation, especially during the prototype phase where established processes may not be available.
  • Ensure successful launches of intricate new products, leveraging insights from recent projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a similar discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical leadership roles, ideally within manufacturing or related sectors.
  • Proficient understanding of manufacturing processes and methodologies, including workflow, layout design, assembly, and production equipment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of driving transformation and optimizing processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering, maintenance practices, and methodologies for new product launches.
  • Exceptional project management and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient level of English (C1).
