About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Manager to join our dynamic team at Teltonika Ltd. in Milano, Italy. As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading, teaching, and maintaining a sales team representing Teltonika Telematics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve 100% of sales plan realization.
  • Organize and conduct training and support for sales team members until they are strong enough to work independently.
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales managers fill the systems correctly.
  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure order tracking and correction and coordinate technical inquiries.
  • Support the Regional Sales Director and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in a comparable role within the technology products market.
  • Experience in leading and scaling a sales team, ideally managing a minimum of 3 people.
  • Native or highly fluent Italian language and excellent English language skills (both spoken and written).
  • Leadership qualities, excellent time management, and a team-oriented mindset with critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to analyze information, make decisions independently, and plan strategically.
  • Results-focused personality with a proven track record.
  • Strong presentation and business communication skills.
  • A full Italian driving license and access to your own vehicle.
