About the Role

Falch GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Italy. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights for improvement

Requirements

  • Technical education and several years of professional experience in direct sales of technical capital equipment
  • Previous experience in the renovation or industrial cleaning industry
  • Excellent technical understanding and pragmatic hands-on mentality
  • Pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and leadership
  • English on native speaker level
