We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at our local headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in the assigned area, managing a team of sales accounts, and contributing to the company's revenue goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand business in the assigned territory.
- Lead and manage a team of sales accounts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings with the team to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners to drive revenue growth.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives to drive business growth.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or equivalent role in a hospitality company or hotel.
- 4+ years of effective selling experience, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel frequently in the assigned area, with a valid driver's license.
