Our Retail Stores

Our retail stores are the heart of our brand, where customers can experience the latest Adidas products and services. As a Store Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a diverse team of retail professionals, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, replenishment, and inventory processes, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR, legal, and company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and productive shopping environment for customers and employees alike.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, using this insight to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements

  • 18+ months of experience in a sports/fashion customer-facing retail environment, with 12+ months of Store Management responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising, inventory management, and team leadership.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to maximize store profitability.
  • Effective communication and goal-oriented skills, with a focus on efficiency and decision-making.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office and Power BI.
