As part of SumUp's strategic growth initiative, we are expanding our Field Sales operations in Europe. To support our ambitious goals, we are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance our recruitment efforts.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be instrumental in scaling our Field Sales operations across Europe. You will take charge of recruitment strategies, develop employer branding initiatives, and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders. This role will evolve over time, providing opportunities to embrace diverse responsibilities within SumUp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fully onboard on the Field Sales project and take ownership of hiring initiatives across various European markets.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions. Establish and actively utilize service level agreements (SLAs) to monitor and swiftly address any hiring challenges. Ensure excellence in processes and candidate experiences to meet the hiring needs for Field Sales agents.
  • Contribute to employer branding, performance marketing, and content creation tailored for target markets.
  • Design and implement efficient hiring processes from application through to onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, collaborating with hiring managers on best practices to ensure hiring excellence and prioritize hiring needs.
  • Set ambitious targets that continuously improve upon previous hiring outcomes. Utilize data to identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for high-volume positions, along with experience in sourcing candidates and managing talent pipelines (experience in sales hiring is advantageous).
  • A user-centric mindset, committed to delivering a best-in-class hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and navigate complex projects.
  • Fluency in English and another European language (German, French, or Italian).
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • An affinity for data and a solid understanding of recruiting metrics and analytics.
