As part of a dynamic and collaborative international team, you will take charge of the recruitment process for a diverse range of positions across our operations in Italy, including roles in manufacturing, operations, commercial, leadership, and corporate sectors.

Your responsibilities will encompass identifying potential candidates, evaluating resumes/CVs, conducting interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers to ensure we attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR partners to oversee the recruitment process for current job openings.
  • Organize recruitment strategy discussions with hiring managers.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment sourcing strategies.
  • Actively seek out and engage potential talent.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews via phone.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions post-interviews.
  • Manage offer approvals and extend job offers.
  • Develop and maintain Talent Pipelines.
  • Utilize recruitment technology to enhance our visibility, Employer Brand, and Employee Value Proposition.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Engage in additional projects as required.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in recruitment within the Pharmaceutical industry is essential.
  • Background in a professional setting within an internal international recruitment team.
  • Experience in recruiting for various roles across different functions and levels.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Preference for candidates with a background in the Science sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM), with a preference for Workday ATS experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and possess negotiation skills.
