About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR to understand hiring demand within our designated sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Senior Leaders and Hiring Managers: Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring demand and develop strategies to meet business needs.
  • Drive Accountability and Alignment: Ensure that TA Teams are aware of upcoming requisition volumes and drive accountability and alignment to SLAs and critical metrics.
  • Develop Sourcing Strategies: Collaborate with TA Teams to create and implement sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Proactively manage customer relationships, anticipating and addressing issues and concerns.
  • Analyze and Interpret Data: Analyze and interpret data to identify hiring trends across multiple sites and develop effective hiring strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience in full cycle recruiting, RPO, business partnering, project or relationship management.
  • Skills: Knowledge of labor market, talent channels, and candidate insights; ability to use and interpret data to drive improvements and define strategy; effective communicator.
