Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager

As a key member of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, you will contribute to the company's mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Your role will involve working closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR to understand hiring demands within designated sites. You will ensure that the Talent Acquisition Teams are aware of upcoming requisition volumes across all hiring segments, allowing them to be resourced and prepared.
Key responsibilities include driving accountability and alignment to SLAs and critical metrics from both In-House and RPO providers. You will collaborate with TA Teams to create and implement sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelines. Additionally, you will lead project-based, volume hiring initiatives and support the team in managing priorities to meet business needs.
Requirements include a university degree or equivalent experience, with prior experience in full-cycle recruiting, RPO, business partnering, project, or relationship management. You should have experience in creating and implementing sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs, establishing and maintaining successful relationships, and knowledge of labor markets, talent channels, and candidate insights.
