Job Summary

The Technical Business Management Support role at Thermo Fisher Scientific is a key position that requires a strong understanding of commercial client relationships and business operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality presentations and meeting materials to support business development initiatives
  • Escort clients and manage change control and systems to ensure seamless project execution
  • Prepare quotes and perform other support activities as requested by the business management team
  • Support the achievement of revenue targets and ensure contractual compliance in specific tasks assigned
  • Identify and propose the best solutions for clients to meet their business needs

Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations in the work area
  • Understand emergency procedures and safe systems of work
  • Align with all EHS requirements and observe safety behavior in the working environment

Requirements and Qualifications

  • University Degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, and/or Business required
  • Solid understanding of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) required
  • Preferably 6 months to 1 year experience in project management, account management, sales, or marketing with internal or external client-facing responsibilities
  • Work proficient in Italian and English
