Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Solution Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our business in the EMEA region, building relationships with suppliers, and collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and develop tactics to increase market share through strategically positioned solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize customer requirements for existing and emerging use cases, and work closely with customers to define and refine product specifications.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and solutions.
  • Lead research and analysis of technology, customer, and competitor trends to inform product development and portfolio strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to close deals and develop customer relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and developing customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies to drive business growth.
  • Strong technical knowledge of server, storage, and data center products, with a focus on emerging technologies such as AI, HCI, and SAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be based in Italy - Rome and will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
