Your Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (x/f/m) to be a pivotal member of our Clinical and Financial domain.

In this role, you will be integrated into our Italian Medical Center team, focusing on the development of Vettore Medical.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Identifying user challenges and requirements across various regions and sectors, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Conducting competitive analysis and evaluating the business and technical landscape through thorough research.
  • Articulating the vision and spearheading the product strategy for the designated product components.
  • Creating a prioritized roadmap and product plan to actualize this vision in a scalable manner, aligned with Doctolib's growth objectives.
  • Effectively communicating and justifying your decisions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Independently managing project execution from problem identification to solution development, including specifications drafting, validation of outcomes, deployment, and impact assessment.
  • Establishing project specifications and ensuring adherence to key product management protocols for safeguarding health data confidentiality and security.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with development teams, user researchers, designers, and data analysts in an agile setting.
  • Contributing to the overall advancement of the product team by participating in knowledge sharing, implementing best practices, and developing new processes to facilitate adaptation as we grow.

Who You Are

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management with direct product ownership, including collaboration with developers, leading rituals, and drafting specifications.
  • Base your strategic product decisions on a robust analytical approach grounded in data and user needs, adept at solving complex challenges.
  • Have experience in developing and launching products within a B2B context, capable of navigating change in a dynamic environment.
  • Prioritize the user experience in your work and strive to maintain close connections with users.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with proficiency at least at a C1 level.
  • Embrace a global perspective while acting locally, accustomed to working in an international context.
  • Possess an ambition to innovate in healthcare with an entrepreneurial mindset.
