Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Analytics Specialist to join our Global Procurement and Supply Chain Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision making and process improvements across our procurement and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support business decision making
- Design and build data models to analyze complex business phenomena
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics tools and techniques
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, physics, economics, computing, engineering)
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis and management
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)
