Compliance Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Trainee to join our Global Compliance team at Chiesi Group. As a Compliance Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our global compliance program, ensuring adherence to international standards and regulations.

• Support the Global Ethics, Transparency and Anti-Bribery Compliance Officer in drafting and reviewing compliance policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in defining and reviewing the annual compliance program, including compliance communication plans and messages.
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of compliance training programs, including anti-bribery, conflict of interest, and other relevant topics.
• Manage the collection and publication of transfer of value data, as well as coordinate with affiliates on publication requirements.
• Coordinate the Chiesi whistleblowing system and maintain the ISO 37001 certification.
• Execute monitoring activities on sensitive processes, including donations, sponsorships, and conflict of interest.
• Conduct compliance audits and reputational due diligence.

• Law Master Degree (a Master in compliance 231 is a plus).
• Deep knowledge of English (additional languages is a plus).
• Knowledge of criminal legislation, particularly anti-bribery laws.
• Digital instruments and database management skills (knowledge of SAP is a plus).
