Trainee in Global Compliance

The Global Compliance Function at Chiesi Group, established to uphold international standards in ethics, anti-bribery, and antitrust, plays a crucial role in the Group Legal & Corporate Affairs Department. This function aims to enhance adherence to these standards and improve coordination across the Group. In 2023, the 'Ethics, Transparency & Anti-bribery Compliance' unit was introduced, taking on the responsibilities of the Anti-bribery Compliance Function in line with ISO 37001:2016. In this position, you will join a dynamic and international team, focusing on managing the global compliance program related to ethics, transparency, and anti-bribery, as well as overseeing compliance certifications to ensure the highest standards across the organization.
Main Activities Assist the Global Ethics, Transparency, and Anti-bribery Compliance Officer in the following tasks:
• Drafting compliance policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) on various topics including anti-bribery, interactions with healthcare professionals, donations, and sponsorships.
• Defining and reviewing the annual compliance program.
• Developing compliance communication strategies and messages.
• Designing and monitoring compliance training programs (including topics such as anti-bribery and conflict of interest).
• Managing the collection and publication of transfer of value data.
• Coordinating with affiliates on the publication of transfer of values.
• Overseeing the Chiesi whistleblowing system.
• Updating and reviewing the Chiesi 231 Model.
• Conducting monitoring activities on sensitive processes related to compliance.
• Maintaining and expanding ISO 37001 certification, including assisting affiliates in implementing its requirements.
• Completing and filing documentation for the anti-bribery management system.
• Conducting compliance audits and managing reputational due diligence.
• Maintaining the 'Rating di legalità'.
• Exploring compliance technology solutions.
A Master’s degree in Law is required (a Master in compliance 231 is advantageous).
LanguagesProficiency in English is essential (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
Technical Skills Familiarity with:
• Criminal legislation, particularly anti-bribery laws;
• Digital tools, applications, and databases (knowledge of SAP is beneficial).

This is a 6-month internship position.
Monthly reimbursement of 1000 Euros.
