Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic CRM & Customer Analytics team located in Genoa. In this role, you will have the opportunity to analyze, interpret, and translate complex business inputs and requirements into actionable insights that drive the development process of our CRM Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement mathematical models to analyze customer data and behavior, including data collection, analysis, prototyping, testing, and creating production systems.
  • Champion data science within our business to improve our understanding of customers' propensities and preferences within the products and services we provide.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Machine Learning / AI models and Optimization Algorithms in complex environments.
  • Academic background in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and another statistical programming language (Python or R); familiarity with Azure Databricks and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to connect innovations and projects to business opportunities.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
