About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Mechanical Inspector to join our Formula 1 team. As a key member of our Quality Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our components and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing inspection procedures on components delivered to the Quality Department, ensuring compliance with our quality procedures and standards.
  • Managing Non-Conformities and Concession Requests from internal and external suppliers, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Supporting investigations related to car faults and issues, working closely with the Reliability Department, Design Office, and Race Team.
  • Collaborating with the Production Department to ensure quality inspections are conducted during the production process.
  • Managing additional Quality Department activities assigned by the Head of Quality, providing feedback and recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of precision mechanics and measurement tools, including Coordinate Measuring Machines and Antropomorphic Measuring Arms.
  • Experience in automotive Quality systems and procedures, including non-conformity management and traceability.
  • Ability to work with external suppliers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Reactive and proactive approach, with high flexibility and availability to work overtime and during weekends.
  • Knowledge of English language (B1 level or higher) and familiarity with ERP systems.
