About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team at MOLDINO Tool Engineering Europe GmbH. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination between Sales and Admin functions, ensuring satisfaction of internal customers in respect and compliance with all internal and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Planning and Budgeting: Prepare business plans, budgets, and related periodical control reports, focusing on Profit and Loss (P&L), aggregate, and per-area analysis.
  • Cost Analysis and Optimization: Analyze business potentials for cost drivers and provide appropriate suggestions for improvement.
  • Administrative Support: Operationally support the Admin team (Customer Service, Human Resources, Accounting, General Affairs) in all major topics.
  • Credit Risk Evaluation: Evaluate and monitor customers' credit risks, in coordination with the Admin team and Sales Line.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Introduce, manage, and develop internal reporting to support and monitor the achievement of Branch Objectives.
  • Supplier and Consultant Management: Coordinate external suppliers and consultants, in cooperation with the Admin team and Sales team when needed.
  • Legal and Contractual Matters: Be the focal point for all legal matters faced at a Branch Level and contractual issues relating to customers and suppliers.
  • Branch Committee Coordination: Coordinate the local existing Body (e.g., Branch Committee), organizing meetings, agendas, and minutes.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: University degree and minimum 5 years of job experience in business administration context, with minimum 3 years of Leadership experience and project management experience.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Broad knowledge of Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resource processes, with good IT knowledge of ERP-system (NAVISION), MS Office (Excel and Power Point), and fluency in English language, with German as a preferred language.
  • Personal Qualities: Structured working method, ability to think analytically and strategically, assertiveness, and ability to cooperate in an international and interdisciplinary network, with the ability to motivate and lead heterogeneous teams.
