We are seeking a highly skilled Purchase Order Specialist to join our international team at Kramp Group. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end purchase order processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Manage and oversee the end-to-end purchase order processes, from placing, confirming, and monitoring the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate and network with internal and external stakeholders, being in close contact with sales and logistics across countries.
- Process Improvement: Play a critical role in ensuring that the purchase management process operates smoothly, efficiently, and is in compliance with organizational standards.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships easily and communicate fluently in written and spoken Italian and English, ensuring their contribution to the overall success of the supply chain function.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions or tasks.
- Skills: Advanced experience in Excel and strong communication skills.
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
- Culture: Curious and ambitious to pursue a career in an international company.
