We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team at Carnival Corporation & plc. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our hotel products sourcing strategy across global markets.

About the Role

As a Hotel Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Scouting national and international suppliers to meet our hotel products needs
  • Defining and implementing short-, medium- and long-term strategies in line with our company's needs and policy at the most competitive cost base
  • Managing the current supplier portfolio to ensure a high standard of hotel products quality is maintained
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve exceptional business results
  • Driving cost optimization through shrewd negotiation tactics, securing the best terms while upholding our standards of quality and service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement, category management, or similar
  • A strong academic background in Economics, Business, or Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong alliances with cross-functional teams
  • A good knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders
