We are seeking a dedicated MICE Sales Manager (d/f/m) to enhance our sales team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting evaluations and rate assessments, delivering comprehensive proposals to clients, and ensuring follow-up
  • Proactively verifying all confirmed services and overseeing all event-related services
  • Issuing contracts to clients
  • Preparing detailed service orders for each confirmed event, clearly communicating all necessary details to relevant departments
  • Collaborating with the F&B Manager regarding requests for food and beverage services during the bidding phase, ensuring alignment with established standards
  • Managing events within the company management system
  • Verifying deposit payments and event balances
  • Conducting final reconciliations with hotel operations upon event closure
Your Qualifications
  • BE YOURSELF - Authenticity is key
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Strong capability to collaborate with internal and external teams and partners
  • Experience in managing large-scale events
  • Familiarity with event management software, particularly for creating operational function sheets
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
