Your Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and analyze client needs, crafting comprehensive offers and following up on progress
  • Proactively review and verify all confirmed services, ensuring seamless event execution
  • Prepare and send contracts to clients, ensuring clear understanding of terms
  • Develop detailed service orders for each event, clearly outlining requirements for successful execution
  • Collaborate with F&B Managers to ensure alignment with defined standards during the bidding phase
  • Manage events within our company management system, ensuring efficient tracking and coordination
  • Verify deposit payments and event balances, ensuring accurate financial management
  • Conduct final comparisons with hotel operatives to ensure accurate event closure
Your Ideal Profile
  • Authenticity Matters – We value genuine, self-assured individuals who can bring their unique perspective to our team
  • Hospitality or business management studies, or equivalent experience in related fields
  • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in coordinating large-scale events, with attention to detail and creativity
  • Familiarity with event software, particularly in creating operational function sheets
  • Excellent language skills in English and Italian, with ability to adapt to diverse communication styles
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
