- Event Planning and Execution - You will be responsible for evaluating and rating analysis, sending complete offers to clients, and following up on events to ensure seamless execution.
- Service Coordination - You will work closely with internal and external teams to coordinate services related to events, including food and beverage management.
- Contract Management - You will be responsible for sending contracts to clients and ensuring that all details are clearly communicated.
- Service Order Preparation - You will prepare service orders for each confirmed event, clearly indicating all details for the realization of the event.
- Event Management - You will manage events in our company management system, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Financial Management - You will verify deposit payments and event balances, and conduct final comparisons with hotel operatives to ensure accuracy.
- Authenticity - We value authenticity and encourage our employees to be themselves.
- Education - A degree in hospitality, business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills - Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Teamwork - You will work closely with internal and external teams to achieve our goals.
- Event Planning Experience - Experience in coordinating large-scale events is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills - Familiarity with event software and Microsoft Office is required.
- Language Skills - Excellent knowledge of English and Italian languages is essential.
