About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all shipments received at the store
  • Create transfer orders to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through personalized outreach
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom
Requirements
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with Excel and inventory management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
