About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an EBS Transformation Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and facilitating change initiatives across the organization, with a focus on implementing lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lean transformation strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with site lean champions and leadership to drive cultural change and adoption of lean principles.
- Design and deliver training programs, Kaizen events, and other lean initiatives to build capacity and capability.
- Assess and coach teams to strengthen lean competencies and drive results.
- Monitor and assess quality performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve business objectives.
- Track and report progress on improvements using established Key Performance Indicators.
- Provide coaching and guidance on EBS processes and tools.
Requirements:
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related discipline.
- Relevant experience in excess of the requirement below.
