About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Expert to join our team at Alpitronic. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Data Architecture Strategy

Design and implement a robust data architecture strategy that ensures data quality, promotes efficient analytical processes, and assesses automated reporting methods.

Engage with Business Teams

Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into data requirements, ensuring that our data solutions meet their needs.

Produce Impactful Data Insights

Develop and deliver impactful, dynamic, and insightful data, reports, and BI visualizations that help business leaders make informed, real-time decisions that drive customer satisfaction and business success.

Own Data Issues Monitoring and Maintenance

Take ownership of data issues monitoring and maintenance reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that our data solutions are reliable and trustworthy.

Establish and Monitor KPIs

Establish and monitor monthly/quarterly KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of our daily operations, business strategies, and initiatives, ensuring that we are meeting our goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics or Related Field

A bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, data science, or a related field, with applicable data analytic work experience required.

Proven Record of Managing End-to-End Data Analytics Projects

A proven record of managing end-to-end data analytics projects, from problem and requirements definition to validation, deployment, and maintenance.

Expertise in Back-end, Data Structures, and ETL Processes

Expertise in back-end, data structures, and ETL processes, with a strong understanding of data architecture and data management principles.

5+ Years' Experience in Designing and Developing Interactive Dashboards

5+ years' experience in designing and developing interactive and insightful dashboards using industry-standard data visualization tools.

Ability to Extract and Transform Data from Diverse Sources

The ability to extract and transform data from diverse sources for analysis and reporting purposes, ensuring that our data solutions are accurate and reliable.

Demonstrated Expertise in Data Analytics

Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, including the ability to interpret trends, patterns, and outliers to derive actionable insights that drive business growth and success.

Fluent in English

Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
