As an Apple Channel Store Advisor, you will play a key role in driving business growth and excellence within a partner reseller store. This dynamic leadership position requires a strong passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Apple and influence within a single partner store to build plans, achieve sales targets, and grow business.
  • Collaborate and train reseller teams on our products, services, and merchandising guidelines, while promoting outstanding customer experiences and developing brand advocates.
  • Educate and encourage store teams to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio.
  • Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating product benefits and value proposition through demonstrations and consultations, individually or in groups.
  • Strive for excellence and ensure Apple's outstanding dedication to merchandising and brand standards are upheld throughout your territory.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a minimum of 2+ years of related experience.
