We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in Italy to join our international B2B brand RateHawk, develop our business, and contribute to the growth of the company.

Job Responsibilities
  • Actively promote our international project in the assigned territory to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the assigned territory.
  • Manage and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing partners to drive business success.
  • Prepare and execute commercial deals with partners, including technical setup and document flow.
  • Provide training and support to new partners to ensure successful integration.
  • Monitor and control compliance with commercial conditions and payment flow with partners.
  • Conduct market and competitive environment analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the travel industry, with a strong understanding of the Italian market.
  • Excellent sales management and business development skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data-driven metrics.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30% of working time for market visits.
