Business Development Officer

Job Description
We're seeking a highly qualified sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Officer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct prospecting meetings to qualify customers and identify key decision-makers.
- Perform pitch-perfect sales calls with C-suite level contacts to communicate the benefits of doing business with UPS Capital.
- Deliver confident sales presentations to communicate the benefits of our financial risk mitigation solutions.
- Develop timelines to ensure smooth implementation of our products into the customer/partner supply chain.
- Collaborate with customer-facing groups across UPS to develop strategies and drive growth.
- Manage partners to ensure compliance with partner agreements.
- Proactively recruit new qualifying partners and drive the adoption of our company programs among partners.
Requirements
- Some travel required within EU.
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Risk or Finance preferred.
- 2-5 years of previous sales experience.
- Outside Sales Role (travelling will be an average of 40% of your time).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word.
