Job Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Officer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct prospecting meetings to qualify customers and identify key decision-makers.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to communicate the benefits of our financial risk mitigation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of previous sales experience, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Risk, or Finance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, with some international travel required.
