Business Development Officer

Job Description
We're seeking a sales professional who can drive innovation and growth in our business. As a Business Development Officer, you'll be responsible for building a pipeline of prospective customers and creating account strategies to increase our clients' long-term business.
Key activities include:
- Conducting prospecting meetings to qualify customers and identify key decision-makers.
- Performing sales calls with C-suite level contacts and delivering confident sales presentations to communicate the benefits of doing business with UPS Capital.
- Developing timelines to ensure smooth implementation of UPSC products into the customer/partner supply chain.
- Collaborating with customer-facing groups across UPS and managing partners to ensure compliance with partner agreements.
- Proactively recruiting new qualifying partners and driving the adoption of company programs among partners.
Requirements include:
- Some travel required within the EU.
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Risk, or Finance preferred.
- 2-5 years of previous sales experience.
- Outside Sales Role with an average of 40% travel time.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
