The individual selected for this position will be responsible for delivering extensive support for all educational initiatives within their assigned area, as well as facilitating effective communication between clients and educators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and organize training documentation as required, including assembling trainee files with all necessary forms pertinent to designated courses.
  • Ensure the timely preparation of course materials, including company-specific documents/forms when applicable.
  • Oversee course prerequisites for all clients.
  • Maintain precise client records in accordance with operational manual requirements.
  • Familiarize oneself with and comply with all training guidelines outlined in the operational and process manuals.
  • Supervise instructors, ensuring their files are current with all necessary documents required for maintaining their instructor/examiner privileges.
  • Keep instructor records updated in the relevant systems.
  • Review and validate training records for completeness by instructors/examiners.
  • Issue training completion certificates as required for designated courses, adhering to any specific instructions or procedures outlined for each client.
  • Retain copies of all trainee documents, training records, and certificates for the mandated duration per regulation.

Required Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Aeronautical Knowledge requirements.
  • Understanding of business processes and planning procedures.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to large audiences.
  • Commitment to quality with a continual focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer orientation even in challenging circumstances.
