Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant within our Infrastructure Services division. The ideal candidate will focus on selling and promoting our range of services and products, specifically uninterruptible power supply systems, while effectively managing customer relationships.
The successful candidate will be adept at articulating the advantages of partnering with TD SYNNEX and will excel in developing strong relationships with partners through strategic account management and cross-selling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong sales relationships with both customers and vendors through proactive outreach.
- Identify and create new business opportunities by planning targeted outreach and engaging in meaningful conversations about our solutions.
- Conduct active inside sales by collecting relevant information from both internal and external customers.
- Oversee customer backorders while utilizing specialist knowledge to engage in strategic project identification.
- Manage end-to-end project processes or collaborate with presales for technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities within TD SYNNEX's CRM system, ensuring timely closure of deals.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical or services sales.
- Familiarity with infrastructure products and services or knowledge of the IT industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong numerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional telephone communication skills and overall effective communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- A track record of achieving sales targets.
- Understanding of the sales process.
- Previous experience with IT systems for quotations, order processing, and CRM is advantageous.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
