About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Operations Intern to join our Finance department, based in Milan. This position is pivotal in our mission to innovate road freight logistics.

Your Responsibilities

As a Finance Operations Intern, you will support our Finance Team in managing and finalizing all incoming and outgoing orders. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing data entry and verification;
  • Reviewing and validating documents;
  • Generating and managing reports;
  • Collaborating with various departments to maintain our management system;
  • Overseeing invoice processing.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Experience in data management;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset;
  • The ability to analyze processes and situations for reporting purposes;
  • Fluency in both Italian and English (mandatory).
