Communications Specialist

About the Role:
This position reports to the Business Manager - Operations and is part of the Communications & Public Affairs function in Dalmine (BG). The successful candidate will support assigned communications activities through all available communications tools according to Group guidelines and Local Division Distribution Solutions (ELDS) strategy, directives, and messages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Propose and implement internal and external communication activities to boost the Local Division strategy.
- Develop creative concepts related to all communication vehicles, in accordance with branding guidelines.
- Write and edit promotional materials for use through various trade media.
- Organize events to improve corporate image and to support the business.
- Manage the creation, production, and publication of brochures, catalogues, and other sales literature, in either printed or electronic form to support sales activities and product launches.
- Maintain a positive and integrated network with internal and external communication communities to promote knowledge of current practices and innovation.
- Assist the ELDS Local Divisions Manager in all business-relevant administration tasks.
- Schedule meetings, maintain databases, and produce reports and presentations for ELDS business leaders.
- Verify that the data and information in the documentation is correct before submitting it for the Local Division Manager's signature.
- Make purchases for various services and create expenses reports for the local division, when needed.
- Support ELDS managers in the organization of business trips.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Economics.
- Preferably, experience in communications roles.
- At ease communicating in Italian and English languages.
- Friendly and approachable behavior, with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to tasks.
- Highly adept at prioritization and multitasking, with excellent planning skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach towards new initiatives and communications strategies and channels.
