Your role and responsibilities:


In this role, you'll support assigned communications activities through all available communications tools according to Group guidelines and Local Division Distribution Solutions (ELDS) strategy, directives, and messages. You'll also provide general administrative support to the Local Division ELDS and assistance to the Local Division Manager. You'll be instrumental in the smooth running of administrative processes and procedures within the business, grading the urgency of issues, while providing confidential assistance to the management team.


The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid. This role contributes to the Communications & Public Affairs function in Dalmine (BG).


You'll be mainly accountable for:



### Communication Activities


Propose and implement internal and external communication activities to boost the Local Division strategy.


Develop creative concepts related to all communication vehicles, in accordance with branding guidelines.


Write and edit promotional materials for use through various trade media.


Organize events to improve corporate image and to support the business. This activity will include arranging travel, developing itineraries, booking accommodation, registering for conferences, and coordinating with visiting speakers, among other tasks.


Manage the creation, production, and publication of brochures, catalogues, and other sales literature, in either printed or electronic form to support sales activities and product launches.


Maintain a positive and integrated network with internal and external communication communities to promote knowledge of current practices and innovation.



### Administrative Activities


Assist the ELDS Local Divisions Manager in all business-relevant administration tasks.


Schedule meetings, maintain databases, and produce reports and presentations for ELDS business leaders.


Verify that the data and information in the documentation is correct before submitting it for the Local Division Manager's signature.


Make purchases for various services and create expenses reports for the local division, when needed.


Support ELDS managers in the organization of business trips.



### Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Economics.


Preferably, you have experience in communications roles.


You are at ease communicating in Italian and English languages.


You possess a friendly and approachable behavior, along with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to tasks.


You are highly adept at prioritization and multitasking, with excellent planning skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.


You take a proactive approach towards new initiatives and communications strategies and channels.
