- Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Work closely with engineering professionals to uphold quality, safety, and efficiency standards throughout all phases of the project.
- Feasibility Assessments: Conduct comprehensive technical and economic evaluations of solar projects, including performance assessments, energy yield predictions, and risk analysis.
- Supplier and Contractor Management: Cultivate relationships with suppliers and contractors to guarantee the timely provision of materials and services essential for solar system construction.
- Installation Supervision: Oversee installation and commissioning processes, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and uphold SOPs for the efficient operation and maintenance of solar systems.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales and business development teams to identify project opportunities and provide technical insights for commercial proposals.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed about advancements in solar technology, recognizing opportunities for process enhancements and the integration of new technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline; a postgraduate degree in renewable energy or solar technologies is advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar energy sector, with a track record in managing large-scale solar projects.
- Extensive knowledge of design, engineering, and operational principles related to solar systems and associated technologies.
- Proven project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional communication abilities, with a talent for leading and inspiring multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in resolving complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with safety and quality regulations pertinent to solar systems.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as project requirements dictate.
This position is crucial for the successful leadership of solar energy projects at Atir, ensuring the delivery of high-quality photovoltaic solutions.
