Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Consultant EHS M&A to join our team in Milan. As an EHS Auditor M&A Specialist, you will support the delivery of EHS audits to a range of clients from the financial services and corporate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct EHS audits to support mergers and acquisition, regulatory compliance audits, and supply chain audit programs.
- Audit environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues to help companies identify reputational risks and opportunities for sustainable development.
- Support project managers in research, report writing, proposal preparation, and other activities.
- Deliver multiple project tasks or components, including proposals.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in EHS and sustainability disciplines.
- Master's degree in environmental engineering, environmental management, or other relevant disciplines.
- Working knowledge of English (C1) and knowledge of other languages (French and/or Spanish) is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Italian Environmental and EHS legislation and international EHS standards.
- Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently.
- Commitment to being responsive to clients' needs and meeting transaction schedules.
