We are currently in search of a Customer Service Executive (internally referred to as an International Operations Specialist) to join our dedicated team of Medical, Security, and Logistics professionals. This position will involve addressing client inquiries by providing exceptional case management and facilitating prompt resolutions to various situations.
Key Responsibilities
Exhibit a compassionate demeanor when responding to inquiries, aiming to surpass client expectations. Efficiently manage cases by scheduling appointments, authorizing treatments, or processing policy claims with professionalism and care. Evaluate circumstances, coordinate medical assistance, and communicate logistical details on a global scale. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, security personnel, and operational experts in a dynamic environment.Candidate Profile
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English, Italian, and French are essential. Ability to think critically and organize effectively to manage diverse situations. Naturally empathetic with a commitment to assisting others. Capacity to uphold data protection and process integrity. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience as a Customer Service Executive in a contact center or similar setting is advantageous. A' Level or Degree level education with an interest in Healthcare, Global Politics, or International Security is preferred.Benefits
