Your Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (x/f/m) to be based in Milan, focusing on the Clinical and Financial sectors.

In this role, you will be an integral member of our Italian Medical Center team, working on the development of Vettore Medical.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying user challenges and requirements across various regions using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Conducting competitive analysis and research to understand the business and technical landscape.
  • Establishing the vision and taking ownership of the product strategy for your designated product areas.
  • Creating a prioritized roadmap and product plan that aligns with Doctolib's growth objectives.
  • Effectively communicating and justifying your decisions to various stakeholders.
  • Leading project execution independently, from defining problems to framing solutions, writing specifications, validating developments, and analyzing results.
  • Ensuring that project specifications adhere to key product management processes, particularly regarding the confidentiality and security of health data.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with development teams, user researchers, designers, and data analysts in an agile setting.
  • Contributing to the overall growth of the product team by sharing knowledge, implementing best practices, and creating new processes to facilitate adaptation as we scale.

  • You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management with direct product ownership, having collaborated with developers, led rituals, and drafted specifications.
  • Your strategic product decisions are driven by a strong analytical mindset based on data and customer insights, enabling you to solve complex challenges.
  • You have successfully developed and launched products in a B2B environment, adept at managing change in a fast-paced setting.
  • You prioritize the user experience in your work and strive to maintain close connections with users.
  • You are proficient in English and Italian, with at least a C1 level of fluency.
  • You think globally while acting locally, and you are accustomed to working in an international context.
  • You are motivated to transform healthcare with an entrepreneurial approach.
