Le tue responsabilità saranno:

  • Analizzare i processi AS-IS e elaborare la documentazione su criticità e possibilità di miglioramento;
  • Strutturare il modello To Be;
  • Implementare le logiche Lean e le soluzioni tecniche attraverso progetti pilota e di espansione;
  • Mantenere i risultati conseguiti;
  • Costruire dashboard per il monitoraggio dei KPI di produzione, qualità, magazzino;

Hai maturato un'esperienza pregressa di 2 – 3 anni in ruoli di Continuous Improvement, Process Engineer, KPO, Operational Excellence oppure esperienza in società di consulenza su progetti Operations, utilizzando metodi e strumenti come Scrum, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, PDCA, Metodo 8D, 5S, Pareto Analysis.

Si richiede laurea in Ingegneria meccanica o gestionale.

Il tuo lavoro prevede trasferte sul territorio nazionale.

Si offre contratto di assunzione a tempo indeterminato con retribuzione allineata al livello di esperienza maturato, pacchetto fringe benefit, e formazione aziendale.
