About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Palazzo Cordusio Gran Melià Milano. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned segment and/or geographical area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and business cases to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to capture these opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, client relationships, and sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the luxury hotel industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture.
