Job Description

Gi Group S.p.A. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in the Pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a territory in Milan and will be responsible for the sell-in of approximately 200 pharmacies in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets on the assigned area
  • Propose and collect orders in pharmacies, in accordance with the company's commercial directives, within the limits of the relevant regulations
  • Monitor any issues related to the presence and distribution of products in the assigned area and take appropriate action
  • Analyze data to understand market dynamics in the assigned area
  • Monitor customer relationships and market conditions
  • Activate new pharmacies by interacting with pharmacists and sales staff
  • Sell-out within active sales points

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales within pharmacies or selective channels
  • Strong orientation towards achieving targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in the dermocosmetic sector is preferred

Location: Milan city
