We are currently seeking an INSTALLATION FIELD SUPERVISOR to oversee our projects.
The responsibilities of the Signalling Installation Supervisor include:
- Preparing and overseeing the installation tasks as outlined in the Project Installation Management Plan.
- Managing and organizing the installation team and subcontractors.
- Planning and scheduling installation activities in accordance with the transition from installation to testing and commissioning.
- Ensuring compliance with requirements during the interface of installation and construction activities.
- Adhering to EHS regulations.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong understanding of railway signalling and related technologies.
- Familiarity with construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Proactive attitude with effective problem-solving abilities in field and executive contexts.
- Knowledge of railway safety protocols, EHS compliance, and AZDP processes.
- Capability to operate independently in a dynamic environment and willingness to work in the field for extended periods.
WORK LOCATION: Opportunities available in various sites. Candidates must be willing to travel and work in the field regularly.
