The Talent Acquisition Partner will be instrumental in scaling our Field Sales operations across Europe. You will be tasked with leading recruitment initiatives, developing employer branding strategies, and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders. This role will evolve over time, providing opportunities to take on diverse responsibilities within SumUp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fully onboard on the Field Sales project and take ownership of hiring initiatives across various European markets.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions. Establish and actively monitor SLAs to swiftly address any hiring challenges. Ensure excellence in process and candidate experience to meet the hiring needs for Field Sales agents.
  • Support employer branding, performance marketing, and content creation tailored for target markets.
  • Develop efficient hiring processes from application through to onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, collaborating with hiring managers on best practices to ensure hiring excellence and prioritize recruitment needs.
  • Set ambitious targets to continuously improve upon previous hiring outcomes. Utilize data points to identify opportunities for ongoing enhancement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for high-volume positions, along with experience in sourcing candidates and managing talent pipelines (experience in sales recruitment is advantageous).
  • A user-centric approach, committed to delivering a best-in-class hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and complex projects.
  • Fluency in English and another European language (German, French, or Italian).
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong affinity for data and a solid understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
