About the Role:
The Reliability Engineering Area Manager is a critical position within Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L., responsible for leading a team of engineering technicians in maintaining a safe, standard, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, support, and mentor the team to identify and address barriers that prevent them from working safely and efficiently.
- Safety and Compliance: Collaborate with the site Safety department and Site Leadership to implement, record, and audit safety and statutory compliance programs.
- Equipment Availability: Implement network standards and focus on preventative maintenance to ensure high equipment availability for internal customers.
- Training and Development: Manage and drive the training program for the team to ensure sufficient technical coverage.
- Project Management: Manage local projects or support EU-level projects as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
This role requires a strong background in maintenance engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
