As a Sales Associate at Van Cleef & Arpels, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the Maison as an ambassador, both internally and externally, upholding the values of sophistication, elegance, and innovation.
- Provide a distinctive shopping experience for customers, helping to attract and retain new clientele.
- Bring creative ideas and demonstrate strong business acumen to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Reflect the heritage and expertise of our Maison, showcasing our exquisite creations to customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Passion for jewelry, the artistry of our House, and artistic craftsmanship.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, serving an international clientele.
- Experience in a jewelry and/or watchmaking Maison, with a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
