Data Center CSA Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center CSA Manager to join our team in Milano, Italy. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for managing the design evolution, procurement strategy definition, and construction coordination for our data center projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design evolution, procurement strategy definition, and construction coordination for data center projects
- Direct interlocutor with customers to raise risks and possible mitigations or solutions
- Define, coordinate, and manage planning, economics, quality, and health & safety for CSA and related equipment
- Coordinate with OFCI related to CSA
- Develop project strategies, procedures, and communications
- Develop process and purchasing strategy, and manage project and/or construction packages tender
- Suppliers selection and customer presentation
- Preparation of technical dossier for tender, reception of offers, realization of comparative, and issuance of award recommendation
- Organization of regular work monitoring meetings
- Management and moderation of meetings with stakeholders
- Preparation of minutes of meetings and periodic reports
- Cost control, planning, change orders, and billing follow-up
- Management and control of the commissioning of the works
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil engineering or Architecture
- Experience in construction management of critical infrastructures like hospitals or data centers (5MW minimum) or oil & gas plants for at least 5 years
- 10-year experience in the construction sector (projects and construction works)
- Essential knowledge of laws and regulations related to building construction
- Analysis capacity for risks detection and ability to search and propose solutions
- Leadership capacity to achieve objectives and milestone compliance
- Collaborative and team worker
- Good communication and management skills of multidisciplinary work teams
- Experience in dealing with customers for reporting and decision-making
- Essential good level of spoken and written English & Italian
- Good level of use of Excel, Power Point, Autocad, Project/Primavera, TCQ/Presto, BIM 360
- Experience in companies with hierarchical structures and internal procedures
- Organized in the analysis, structured in the reporting, and transmission of information
