Descrizione del Ruolo

Il/la Sales Coach di CPM Italy sarà responsabile di sviluppare e rafforzare le competenze della forza vendita del nostro cliente, facendo leva sulla conoscenza dell'ecosistema dei prodotti e sul rafforzamento delle abilità di vendita.

Compiti e Responsabilità

  • Fungere da punto di riferimento del negozio in termini di formazione e orientamento all'obiettivo;
  • Approfondire la conoscenza delle leve di vendita (utilizzo promozioni, targetizzazione clientela, upselling, cross-selling, ingaggio emotivo, creazione bisogno) in ambito Consumer Electronics con gli addetti vendita;
  • Approfondire tutti gli aspetti tecnici dei prodotti per trasferire le competenze necessarie per la vendita degli stessi;
  • Implementare il piano di vendita, garantendo un'adeguata esperienza di vendita (consumer Journey) e la distribuzione dei materiali nel punto vendita;
  • Gestire la formazione di addetti vendita e clienti;
  • Motivare e supportare il personale del punto vendita al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita;
  • Cooperare con la forza vendita per garantire un ecosistema efficiente e vincente, proponendo soluzioni diverse che soddisfino le diverse esigenze dei consumatori;
  • Analizzare i risultati ed effettuare controlli frequenti sugli strumenti da mettere in atto;
  • Sviluppare il team fornendo costantemente feedback costruttivi e rivedendo le loro prestazioni per garantire il coinvolgimento con il punto vendita e l'eccellenza nelle vendite e nel servizio clienti;
  • Garantire che tutti i membri del team comprendano chiaramente e seguano l'etica, i principi e agiscano di conseguenza;
  • Promuovere un clima collaborativo che consenta il continuo sviluppo del team di vendita;
  • Svolgere in prima persona gli incontri formativi in presenza in modalità O2O e modalità masterclass con una platea di decine di persone;
  • Compilare una reportistica puntuale, sia quantitativa che qualitativa, per fornire al cliente feedback e insight utili allo sviluppo dell'attività.

Requisiti

  • Essere una persona orientata al raggiungimento dell'obiettivo;
  • Avere esperienza pregressa in ambito sales e sales training, preferibilmente in ambito retail;
  • Avere esperienza pregressa in ambito formativo;
  • Essere appassionato di tecnologia;
  • Avere un buon livello di lingua inglese (B2-C1), lingua italiana (C2), e ogni lingua extra è un plus.
